Learn from Real Teachers’ Videos on TeacherTube
Posted 20 Sep, 2007
Good grades in high school are one of the biggest tools to getting into college—that can mean long hours of homework and studying.
If your student needs a little extra help with a topic after school hours, he or she can hop on to TeacherTube.com (http://www.teachertube.com). TeacherTube is a lot like the popular YouTube, but targeted to teachers and students. Teachers make educational videos, post them on TeacherTube, and voila! Anyone can access them at any time, day or night!
Teachers post many types of videos: Their target audiences range from elementary school students through college students. Video topics cover everything from reviews of geometry formulas to The Great Gatsby to basic computer troubleshooting. A lot of these posts are quite creative and try to entertain while they teach, and that can really help information stick—one teacher even raps about simplified fractions!
All the best,
